At Zepure, we’re committed to delivering your sunglasses safely, quickly, and in style. Every order is handled with care from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door.


Current Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide with both Standard and Express delivery options.
International shipping will be launching soon as we expand globally.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – Parcel Post

  • Price: $10.00 AUD

  • Delivery Time: 2–6 business days

  • Includes tracking and up to €86.09 compensation

Express Delivery – Express Post

  • Price: $13.99 AUD

  • Delivery Time: Next-business-day to major metro areas

  • Includes tracking and up to €86.09 compensation


Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery journey.


Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.


Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed, please contact our team at contact@zepure.com.au so we can assist you promptly.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately to start an investigation or arrange a replacement.

International Shipping (Important Information)

We proudly ship Internationally. Please read the following carefully before placing an international order.

Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and courier availability.

Zepure is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Each country has its own import duty and tax regulations.
Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are not charged by us and cannot be refunded by us.

No Returns or Exchanges for International Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping and customs handling:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • We do not provide store credit

  • All international sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or faulty

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
Zepure is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed International Parcels

If a package is delayed or held by customs, this is outside our control.
We will assist with tracking inquiries, but refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by customs or international couriers.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

International shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including delivery delays, customs issues, or change of mind.
