We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or solution.
International Orders β Important Information
For all international customers (outside Australia):

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference.

All international sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Because international shipping is significantly higher, we cannot cover or accept returns where the customer simply no longer wants the item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

Final sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order after your return is accepted. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
